MT Forum Lunches 

For Chorus Management Team/BOD members or their representative.

The MT Forums are an opportunity for chorus management team coordinators or board members to connect with their peers, share ideas, learn from others. Your RMT coordinators will facilitate each forum and may have specific presentations for you. See the AIM Schedule for exact times/locations.


Please sign up for the AIM MT Forum and whether you want the Forum provided lunch or not, so that we can plan the room size and number of chairs needed.  You may bring food from the Cash & Carry, or from the restaurant.  Please no "outside" food.


Sign up for the MT Forum Lunch. Lunch forum signups are now closed. If you want to attend, you will need to buy a lunch in the restaurant and bring it to the meeting.

Want a PVI?


Our Regional faculty provide no-charge coaching as a service to you, our members, at every AIM weekend! You can get 25 minutes as an individual (or 55 minutes as a quartet) of customized, individualized coaching in either vocal or visual elements of your performance.


PVIs (Personal Vocal Instruction) and quartet coaching time slots are booked on a first come, first served basis, so don’t wait! When all available time slots are full, we won’t be able to fill any more requests. No on-site registrations are accepted for PVIs or quartet coaching.


Please note that you cannot request a specific instructor – instructor availability varies throughout the weekend. If you want a PVI or quartet coaching with a specific Regional faculty, contact them separately for a time outside of an AIM weekend. The current Regional coaching faculty members and their areas of focus are listed here.

QDQ/Double Quartet & YWIH Quartet Parade

The Q/DQ Parade provides an opportunity for a quartet or a group of eight singers to perform together for the entertainment of our regional audience. This event is held on Saturday evening of the January AIM (Adventures in Music) weekend.  The quartet/double quartet receives judging scoresheets with letter levels and coaching comments, a video of their performance, a photo, and a certificate of participation.
