Regional Administrative Program RAP - REGIONAL ADMINISTRATIVE PROGRAM Successful organizations need effective administrators. Region 12's Regional Administrative Program, known as RAP, purports to build, nurture and acknowledge chorus administrators. It is designed to give chapter management teams, board members and potential members a "tool kit" to communicate effectively, develop a cohesive chorus focus and address chorus issues in a manner that enhances chorus productivity.
Date: June 2, 2012, 9am - 4pm Event: R.A.P.Training - Regional Administrative Program Place: Vacaville, CA Who will want to attend this event? This workshop is for everyone who holds a leadership position in a Region 12 chorus, whether as a Chorus Management Team member, committee chair, or assistant to a committee chair. If you take any active role in promoting your chorus, the region, or the organization, you're seen as a leader so this day is for you. We'd like to encourage your entire team to attend and Directors too! But WAIT..... This event is also for those who are interested in filling a leadership position in the future in our organization.
