REGIONAL MANAGEMENT TEAM RETREAT HIGHLIGHTS

• The on-line database is up and running. We are still making some changes.
• We are developing an investment plan to make the best possible use of your money.
• The budget was completed. You can see the details on the website.
• We will book with the Reno Hilton for Convention starting in 2010. Both housing and competition will happen there. This is a move to save YOU money!!
• When two choruses host an AIM weekend, each will receive one hour of coaching from the region. More time may be purchased, if desired.
• Risers will be changed from large to small (or small to large) only once at competition. Large and small choruses will alternate starting each year. Small choruses will always have the choice to sing on large chorus riser configuration.
• We will bring the Regional Lending Library to AIM weekends for your convince!
• Two new membership tools will be introduced to you this fall- International’s new DIVA program and a video, The Art of Possibility.
