MEMBERSHIP COORDINATOR
Sharon Hohmann, Bay Area Showcase Chorus
The Chapter Coordinator, elected by the members of our region, travels around the region visiting chapter rehearsals. She communicates with chorus presidents and team coordinators to assess their needs and the needs of the chapters and communicates those needs to the Regional Management Team, when appropriate. The ChC assists chapters with problem solving, long-range planning, and goal setting. She provides and facilitates a forum for chorus presidents and team coordinators at Regional Weekends.

COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR
Suzanne Olsen, Pacific Empire Chorus

The Communications Technology Coordinator, appointed by International, acts as a liaison for communications with the International organization. She chairs the regional nominating committee, maintains a database of regional talent and serves as Management Team Secretary. She oversees the production of regional publications, including printing and distribution (both physically and electronically). The CTC is responsible for the regional directory, is Editor of the regional newsletter (Stroke of 12) and the Region 12 web page

DIRECTOR'S COORDINATOR
Fran Laplante, Bay Area Showcase Chorus

The Directors' Coordinator, elected by active chorus directors of our region, communicates with chorus directors to assess their needs, and then communicates those needs to the Regional Management Team. She provides and facilitates a forum for directors and is responsible for communicating chapter issues to chorus directors. The DC also auditions chapters and prospective chapters, coordinates the Director Certification program, the LAW (Learn Arm Waving) School, and the Assistant Director Forum.

EDUCATION COORDINATOR

The Education Coordinator, appointed by International, is responsible for planning and monitoring education programs and events for choruses, quartets, regional leaders, and the general membership of the region. She is also responsible for coordinating regional faculty visits, and for auditioning quartets containing more than 2 CAL members. The EC is responsible for the Young Women in Harmony program as well as for arranger, quartet, and faculty training.

EVENTS COORDINATOR
Linda Brown,

The Events Coordinator, appointed by the Regional Management Team, is responsible for planning execution of all Region 12 events. Through delegated staff activities, she is responsible for inspecting facilities and negotiating contracts for regional events, coordinating the physical aspects of all regional events, over-seeing event registrations, and has overall responsibility for the Regional Convention/Competition.

FINANCE COORDINATOR
Sherry Rowe,

The Finance Coordinator, appointed by the Regional Management Team, negotiates contracts for service and equipment and has the sole authority to sign contracts on behalf of the region. She prepares the annual budget, participates in long-range financial planning, coordinates fund-raising projects, collects and distributes regional funds, manages investments, and provides reports. The FC also provides advice and training to chorus treasurers.

Pam Johnson,

The Marketing/Membership Coordinator, appointed by International, is the primary media contact for the region and provides public relations/marketing training to chapters. She executes plans aimed at membership growth and retention, which includes assisting chapters, prospective chapters, revitalizing chapters, and Chapter-at-Large members.

TEAM COORDINATOR

The Team Coordinator, elected by the members of our region, coordinates the management team meeting agenda and facilitates the meetings. She is responsible for monitoring implementation of the region's long-range plan and for maintaining the regional calendar. The TC also reviews regional and chapter standing rules, recommending revisions when needed.
